I lived in apartments that were limited to two adults and no children. It was one bedroom. If we were to have a child, we needed to move or be evicted. This was in my lease. Also no pets, period. If we got pets we would have been out too.

I didn't even have to watch to agree. I lived in a "child free" apartment complex for 10 yrs and lots of couples had to move because they got pregnant and it wasn't an issue because they were freakin adults who understood what a lease was.
