Be aware, Katherine McNenny is presenting herself has an advocate to help the neighborhood in Skidrow. She is actually a compulsive manipulative layer advocating to make the street appealing to people. She is hugely responsable for the deterioration of the situation downtown LA. She is a danger for our neighborhood.

This is such important reporting, done by community members in the absence of an engaged and competent press and law enforcement. We see this as the flip side of the graffiti tagged Oceanwide EB-5 visa corruption towers on the other side of Downtown: a vast money laundering enterprise happening in plain sight, because city, state and national policies enable it. Too bad if Angelenos get hurt--a lot of people here and elsewhere are getting very rich.
