Love the Chanel Russ, very useful information. I'm on the heavier side (230Lbs) so did a swap for the black bushings. After the swap my board (Endeavor2 GT) won't turn back on. Battery fully charged on the board and remote but can't get it to turn on again. Any suggestions?

This is amazing. PLEASE tell me you are going to support FOC 3.0 upgrade in the Endeavor 3s as well? I thought it was going to have the 3.0 in it from the factory and was super bummed when I realized that isn't the case. I would happily pay for this upgrade, and have already bought the color remote. Any good news on this front you can share? The unprogrammable speed modes of the 3s are untenable - speed mode 3 is slow and can't climb hills, speed mode 4 is an unsmooth twitchy rocket ship. I wish I could talk to whoever programmed these unchangeable speed modes in the FOC 2.0... Did they even test them in real world conditions?

I wish so much, that adjusting belt tension can have so nice video like this one. Maintaining the belts is basic and important skill and the video about this is because of wrong camera angle in the second part of the process useless. We even not seeing what is the guy doing there, with a zero relevant explanation. Dear Propel, nothing in bad, I love you, but please can someone even answer my question in the comments there..?? Great video! I did this last weekend on my Endeavor3. I lucked out and did not have to heat any fasteners for removal but I did have to Dremel a bit of clearance for the shock end on the control arm fastener brackets, not difficult.

I wish you guys would make reducing gears for endeavor 2 , lower top speed , higher torque and acceleration. Can you make this?

hi, I would like to learn how to adjust the belt tension, but from the video I have really no idea what to do with a screwdriver. You are using it as a pry bar for prying rotating part of the motor upward?? I'm not seeing any other solution because of a cable to the motor (endeavor 3s) ..but on the other hand prying some rotating part seems for me not like something correct.. hmmm Sry, for a trivial and maybe a lightely stupid question, but I'm really not that technical type of person, my occupation is far elsewhare and I have almost zero experiences in maintaining a mechanical things..

How many turns I can loose turning tensioner at maximum? I put black bushings, because it's recommended to my weight (100kg), since then board is not turning well. When I bought board it came with grey bushings, I was able to push the board to the limitter at low speeds, now I barely turn. I already loosen 5 full turns which wheels like a lot, but board is still very stiff. Should I keep loosening it or switch back to grey bushings? I like to carve.

Hello there! I just got the propel endeavor S3, the thing is that I over spined the Tension adjustment ring and the shock absorber is over the thread now, so I cant find any tool for getting the shock absorber to its initial position. Do I have to get a new shock absorber? 😢

1:40 I'm not able to install the circuit fixing plate correctly. I don't know what to call it, but it's that half circle pad that's in the center/in between the fixing nuts that's blocking it. Any suggestions how to remove it or fix it?

Hello, on the right rear wheel, I have a problem removing the block + the wheel. Let me explain: when the wheel is screwed, it is notched in the gear. when I unscrew the main screw and push on the axle while performing the movement, this causes the wheel to come out of its notch and spin in a vacuum. This way or the other nothing happens. Any clarification on the procedure to follow please?
