I’m thinking of staring this kind of business. Do you give the client the item of clothing if it was damaged and once they have paid the retail price? How do you deal with people trying to steal or keep items of clothes? Or exchanging them for fakes and returning the fakes? Do you take an I.D or deposit? Does your hire price include dry cleaning service?
