How would these work with languages that don't use the Latin alphabet?

Good question! There's a Russian version in the works (but without a set release date). In that version, the letters are just replaced with the Russian Cyrillic alphabet. There are 33 letters in it, so one of them (namely, "Ё") is moved over to the numbers plane in Daisywheel. Due to strong demand by the localization team, Grid was replaced with a JCUKEN keyboard instead of alphabetic order. I've also thought up a Japanese version. There's 5 vowels in Japanese, so R also inputs a letter in that. The layout is based on the T-9 and Flick input methods, but the 8 and 0 keys are merged because they each don't have the full 5 letters. You can try it here: codepen.io/japanyoshi/pen/gOZyGVo

Yes, we’re planning 6 new episodes this year, but we’re still finalizing the script. I hope to make it available on Amazon Fire TV in addition to the current platforms, too.

Yep, a hitsounded one. You can already pretty easily make a custom chart without hitsounds using smToDodo, but adding hitsounds is time-consuming. (Maybe there’s a GUI or a utility somewhere but I haven’t found one.)
