Ich sehe das auch so wie Thies und MyIgel. Wenn du das Video veröffentlichen willst, solltest du mindestens vorher alle erkennbaren Gesichter/Personen verpixeln. Klar, das ist Aufwand, aber anders geht es nicht. In "Discodrama" war übrigens generelles Kameraverbot (Schilder an den Eingängen). Was denkt ihr? Sind verpixelte Personen O.K.?

Mmn. nicht wirklich da Personen auch anhand ihres Auftretens (Gang/Bewegung, Statur, Kleidung) erkannt werden können...

Es gibt eine "No-Photo Policy" und diese bedeutet das wofür sie steht, nämlich "KEINE Photos/Videos/GIFs/wtf" Wie MyIgel schon schreibt, man erkennt Entitäten nicht nur durchs Gesicht, sondern auch anhand Dingen wie Fortbewegungsverhalten. Eigentlich hat das ja auch immer geklappt. Sogar Nachrichtenseiten wie Spiegel Online halten sich (meistens) an diese Policy. Nur leider vermehrt Privatpersonen nicht... :/
