Purtroppo siamo stai superati o se ricordo bene già c'era qualcosa in commercio da Malossi, stage, 8.1, lmr e 2fast che hanno fabbricato carte con prigionieri esterni bassi o basette aumentando notevolmente la possibilità di migliorare la luce di scarico

Ciao Luca, grazie per il tuo commento. È vero che il sistema a fissaggio cilindro è stato utilizzato da altri nostri competitor ma per altre applicazioni. Per il cilindro del modello MBK Booster, nessun altra azienda ha prodotto un cilindro con questo sistema (Athena ne ha infatti depositato il brevetto). Athena è quindi l’unica azienda che ha sviluppato un cilindro per Minarelli verticale con una sezione di scarico sicuramente maggiore di quello che permette una versione standard con prigionieri OE.

Se ti riferisci al sistema TSDI (Two Stroke Direct Injection) ti confermiamo che il nostro Ufficio R&D lo ha progettato, sviluppato e brevettato ma non si tratta di un kit di trasformazione aftermarket, bensì di una tecnologia di primo equipaggiamento che offriamo unicamente alle Case costruttrici. La tecnologia è trasversale e può trovare impiego anche in ambiti extra-moto (es. tagliaerba, veicoli ultraleggeri,…).

@@michaelratanakul4964 hello, miraculously after I wrote this message, it just started saving and now whenever I start the bike it defaults to map 2 and level 5 traction control. Overall I’m very happy with my Athena GET ECU and the LED switch.

How does the GPA dynamic traction control work without any wheel speed sensor on the map 2 setting for the 2022 KTM 500 EXC-F 4-stroke RX1 PRO, and is map 1 setting still full power and map 2 setting still soft power?

We've developed specialized algorithms tailored for various applications and conditions. GPA optimizes power delivery to ensure maximum performance while maintaining safety. The system automatically reduces RPMs when it detects excessive rear wheel spin, providing a smoother and more controlled ride. We have not yet designed specific mappings for the exhausts because SX1 Pro is a racing kit developed to work perfectly on standard engines, but also on motorcycles with racing exhausts such as the Yoshimura RS12. If, following the installation of the exhaust, you need to intervene on some parameters you can do so with the Wiget app. If you want to create a specific map you will need the Maya Tuner software.

The End-of-Line (EOL) fine-tuning values are corrective values for those already written in the map, which users can quickly and easily customize without having to completely reflash the ECU. These values include, for example, the GPA assistance level, Launch Control level, injection and timing correction factors, rev limiter, cooling fan operating range, and other customizations for any connected GET accessories (e.g., LC-GPA).

I just bought a new RMZ 450 and find the GET tuner and app to be pretty easy to use. Does anyone have maps that they can share? I had a 2018 RMZ 450 without the system and find that the 3 programmed maps I tried today, Aggressive, Smooth and Rich, were all more powerful than the stock 18 maps. Vary nice!

absolutely junk headgaskets. also put one on a bmw M20B25 engine. after one hour it leaked coolant outside the edge of the block and put a substantial amount of water in the sump. It also pushed out oil on the exhaust side of the block on a completely new engine. What a crap product.

Hi, thank you for this! It helped me set my aggressive and smooth couplers. If I wanted higher rpm range and a little more in my second and third gear, how should I adjust the numbers in the custom mapping section? I do not know what exactly the numbers mean. Or would the factory aggressive mapping be best to achieve a higher rpm range in the gears ? Thank You!

Hi, thanks for contacting us :) Custom maps allow you to modify ignition (IG, measured in angle ° degrees) and injection (FI, measured in fuel %) according to SUZUKI thresholds. Columns are RPM and rows are % of the throttle; RPM limiter is fixed. Aggressive map give a prompter response in the very low area of the throttle, instead smooth one it’s softer on entire range.
