Go to the auto store and purchase a 2011 6.7 starter. It will turn the engine over 2 to 3 times faster. Yes the 6.7 starter will fit the 6.0.

Run the block heater power wire along the frame and bring it out through the hole in the front of the bumper where your extension cord is in the video and let it hang out there when you plug it in. Then when you're done and ready to go, push the block heater plug back into the hole in the bumper but put it in on the other side of the black flat part that separates the bumper opening so the plug hangs inside the hole. You will hardly see the wire and you wont have to open and close your hood twice every time you want to use it and you wont scratch up your grill. You can even tuck the plug and extension cord in the bumper during bad weather so moisture doesn't get in. Always wrap the extension cord around the drivers side mirror so you see it when you get in and remember to unplug it. Dont ask how i thought of that. Lol nice truck. Looks exactly like mine. Never start these old 7.3L idi or power strokes plugged in! Back feeds power and burn out glow plugs. Unplug them before start up please! It’s not a 5.9L dodge Cummins with a grid heater!
