I have some questions: My boss and I are confused how this design is a worthy improvement, especially with how many parts there are. We just got one, and immediately found it much harder to clean. Plus, the metal wiper paddles are perpendicular to the wheels, meaning there is much more resistance on the motor, and the ingredients aren't directed smoothly under the wheels, like the classic angled wipers do. It's also harder to unscrew the lid and detach everything while running, to check progress, or add more ingredients. This new design has more clutter in the way preventing you from scraping the sides of the batch to make sure the outside layer on the drum gets processed evenly. And there's no way to adjust the wiper distance from drum, to make sure you are scraping as close as possible without scratching it. Any suggestions??
