you can still just cast it for 5 even without the optional cost its an insane card, but with 13 or more creatures its cheap than you can rebuild first

@@tylerremer8819 Sure. I might put it in my possible wraths to put in but it isn't going to be one of my top picks. 5 mana wrath most of the time with the edge case of 1 mana isn't really worth it over Damnation. I would how ever would put it in something like Tergrid.

Agreed in more casual games a spell that draws 3-4 for 3 can be big. And it will probably work as a budget card.

I see it drawing 3-4 in most cases since it is easy to get out a 1 or 2 drop plus your commander early. The only times it will be worse than divination are right after farewell or if you are mana screwed/flooded. Albeit it is all table and power level dependent. It is worse card draw than other spells in blue so high power wouldn’t use it, but it has a place at mid levels.

Girsu is mainly the only way to but if they shifter you girsu can summon the token you make the token into the link one then make galatea and you have a banished machine to set crescendo so you still have a counter trap plus hopefully non engine to live the turn and crack back

I honestly haven't touched on the stuff much but i know it's not bad, the extra deck felt a little tight and the fiendsmith stuff takes up more slots than azamina, not only that if you use and of the orcust effects that dark lock you the fiendsmith stuff is dead, but like I said it doesn't sound bad and I'll have to try it eventually

@ so in testing it so far (as it’s in my favorite decks) I think it’s pretty easy to play around the orcust lock. I’m on 3 king sarc to be able to just get things in grave & I cut Azamina for FS. Either opening it or Horus a get you to FS engine & then you just Orcus combo after. ED is tight but it works. I think you only need 1 of the new link 1. Typhon is cuttable, moon is probably getting banned so it’s just 4 slots. If you have the ability to, I’d say try it out.

@CrushCards like I said I'll have to try it, as of so far I'm pretty happy with the azamina cards because they're another way to protect your orcust lines as well as just a good way to help push

Is there any reason you don't play Bystial? Regained is great for recycling and draw power and the bystials can interrupt a lot of plays including shutting off Fiendsmith

@ItsWizardTime we already have plenty of ways to recycle and the bystials don't feel like they do enough in this deck, regained dan actually hurt you cuz not having anything banished is rough

I like the idea but do you feel you discard too much of your hand? You lose a card off the link 1 and diabelstar and I feel like I run out of cards in my hand very fast
