I hope to visit one day soon. Heard wonderful things about Costa Rica, met nice ppl from there here in NYC so I know I'd enjoy visiting. Ppl make a place. I'm originally from Jamaica but have lived here in US most of my life. Are there a LOT of Iguanas there? Volcanos? Afraid of both.😊 Thanks for the info.

@@globalismoblackman im not taking it that personally, I just feel like the main advice from people not so young is to “take your time” which is so not helpful because even when time is taken, things can still go wrong. Even when you get to know a person, you might realize they don’t know you. Even if you feel like y’all know each other now, in a year that could change. Taking time doesn’t mean too much at the end of the day and you can never truly know how much time needs to even be taken.

Well that is a bummer that you are leaving. I’m thankful to have at least been able to enjoy your journey with you. What you gave your daughter will be appreciated by her later in life. I’m from the States. I have been living in Nicaragua for the last year. Headed to Puerto Viejo in two months. Your experiences have been what made me want to come to the east coast of Costa Rica. What I noticed is that there was a few years of people living there and posting videos all the time. Then they all left and the videos stopped. There is a reason people go, but there is a reason people leave. I would like to know those reasons.,,

smalls towns and tourist towns move slow and after a while is weird cause everything revolves around tourism, for living i always reocmend to foreigners to live in a city or small city near tourist areas, so in that way you could see cool things and live in a chill place where you have all the amenities , tourist towns are cool but there are so many things you feel dont move enough besides is cheaper to live in a small city . there are two cool cities around beautiful areas . san carlos is one of them , is near la fortuna and the arenal volcano area and the other city san isidro in the south pacific near bahia ballena and many waterfalls . small cities are way better than the capital in terms of human develpment index cause is more clean and safe than the capital , they have everything you need while all the same time being near cool places , so is cheaper and its a lot more authentic. if you stay in costa rica or go to another country i recomend you do that aproach i think it might work for you ,it does for a lot of people :) good luck to you and your family :)

@@naturallynam I can not give a time line, what I can tell you is to look for the qualities that you want from a men, then live day by day as we are not promise tomorrow, each day is a gift, don't based only on appearance, what matters the most is what the person carry inside, the most simple thing or actions will tell u a lot about a person.

I only have boundaries for myself. I can’t control how someone chooses to interact with them but i do get to decide how much I respect myself and my boundaries when they cross them. The cycle felt therapeutic, like my brain trying to explain my thoughts back to me😂
