Being Mexican American our landlady's mom didn't like her given name, Eufemia, so she changed it to Ella, now I see why Nana Lema made the switch, Ella Fitzgerald has such a beautiful voice.

The great Gospel Tag Team of Same Cooke and Paul Foster. I love how Sam's almost 'proper' enunciation of the word 'another' works with Paul's boisterous, gtowling vocals. True singers!

These song are so good and fun to play. They seem and feel freer than I am or people now. And they’re black guys from the 1920s.

This may be rude, but I was looking for an album with Vinnie Colaiuta and came across this song and the album it was on. Everything was great! I've been a big fan of Ricky ever since.

Smooth delivery, sweet vocals. They don’t make em like this anymore

this ain't the blues this is the sound just before it was found all those turn rounds that others found out but this type is just as interesting as the singer forced his vocal onto the tune and the end is quite literally the end it sounding as if Huddie switched off his interest he fluffed it, went out of key.
