Ethan-what you learned worked incredibly!! When i heard the snippets i bought your heart (album for those...) immediately. Wrote a review on Amazon on 5/3/17. The soul of this album has such a classical melody to it in the voice, the quiet, the space. your voice translates the stories in a way smacking of a reflection that is commanding. at home i put it on thinking i would work around the crib while listening- I wound up sitting down to listen and eventually ended up laying on my couch just listening. This is good gospel (a story of a life). soul. recalling life and expressing it sacredly. Bravo brother!!! BRAVO!!! It's simple. short. resonating. Being a New Yorker....this inspired the consideration of space and the importance of telling a story. If a deluxe EVER happens...with orchestral extensions....WOW!!! Thank you for this Mr. Gruska!!!
