Cool bike, and great video. But do your self a huge favor and get some Copper Anti seize. Lay it on thick. Especially on all muffler and pipe joints. Most importantly, on the threads of the head where the pipe flange threads onto the head. It should be reapplied annually.

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe habe sie aufbekommen! Jetzt habe ich noch eine zweite Frage, da ich scheinbar zu blöd dazu bin, aber ich habe den Adapter für die Shin Yo Spiegel draufgeschraubt und die Edelstahlschraube auch gut festgezogen, der Spiegel bewegt sich aber bei leichtem Druck trotzdem nach rechts und ist quasi sehr locker. Liegt das daran, dass du Schraubenkleber auch verwendet hast, oder gibt es da einen trick den Adapter irgendwie fest zu machen? Grüße

The forms talk about it but and it comes in rebuild kits but I cannot figure out where it goes. They say it goes “right behind the impeller” but that pin goes behind the impeller. Do you know where the o ring for the water pump shaft goes?

Hey, thanks for your really nice comment. It depends how many hours you spend. On this project it was roughly 40 hours with a lot of research for parts and so on. I don't know what bike mechanics usually charge per hour.
