man macht normalerweise aber ne neue Scheibe rein, durch das zurückbiegen ist die Sicherung nicht mehr gewährleistet. Ist genauso wie Sicherungssplints von der Achse zb.

Cool bike, and great video. But do your self a huge favor and get some Copper Anti seize. Lay it on thick. Especially on all muffler and pipe joints. Most importantly, on the threads of the head where the pipe flange threads onto the head. It should be reapplied annually.

Ich bekomme den KTM Adapter nicht hinuntergeschraubt vom Bike. Scheinbar wegen dem verwendeten Kleber. Hast du Tipps wie man den gelöst bekommt?

Schraubenkleber löst sich normalerweise mit viel Hitze. Viel Glück

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe habe sie aufbekommen! Jetzt habe ich noch eine zweite Frage, da ich scheinbar zu blöd dazu bin, aber ich habe den Adapter für die Shin Yo Spiegel draufgeschraubt und die Edelstahlschraube auch gut festgezogen, der Spiegel bewegt sich aber bei leichtem Druck trotzdem nach rechts und ist quasi sehr locker. Liegt das daran, dass du Schraubenkleber auch verwendet hast, oder gibt es da einen trick den Adapter irgendwie fest zu machen? Grüße

This is great. Very helpful. However there is an oring that goes on the water pump shaft and I cannot finger out where it goes. The forms talk about it but and it comes in rebuild kits but I cannot figure out where it goes. They say it goes “right behind the impeller” but that pin goes behind the impeller. Do you know where the o ring for the water pump shaft goes?

Sorry I do not remember it was too long ago. But usually if there is an oring there is also a position for it like a groove

According to the Daelim Service Manual for VS 125 the correct valve clearance is 0.12-/+ 0.02mm for intake and exhaust.

@@bikedogtor1663 sorry, JIS - Japanese Industrial Standard screws - they look like Phillips screws but aren't. What I meant was, did you adjust the carb 1&2 balance screws and/or the carb 3&4 balance screws?

Hey, thanks for your really nice comment. It depends how many hours you spend. On this project it was roughly 40 hours with a lot of research for parts and so on. I don't know what bike mechanics usually charge per hour.
