no.. doesn't work at all~! Thieves used an Angle Cutter with Diamond Blades.. simply slid the blade behind the lock under/inside the Cover, cutting off the Pug the lock locks onto. Took them all of 60 seconds... then used the same cutter to wack off the padlocks on the handles.
