My partner & went to Paris. We took two other family members with us as they had an event to attend so we figured why not drive them there & we could have a couple of days to ourselves & catch up with them later in the evening if we wanted to. We hated our time in Paris. Neither of us want to go back there again.

Going ‘back’ to Buffalo for a relative’s funeral or wedding… or taking a ‘Guys’ roadtrip for a Bills Game are quite literally the only acceptable reasons to voluntarily fly to Buffalo.

This is similar to what ive been telling the religious types. The seperation of soul and body is the source of solipsism where you can identify as whatever you feel like on a Saturday because your soul takes the shape of a girraffe in your opinion and nobody can tell you otherwise.

The way i look at it is: You're gambling your life that GOD doesn't exist. If you win the bet, you gain nothing. But if you lose the bet, you lose everything. To believe that everything came from nothing, contrary to believing that everything came from something is a lose/lose situation, brother. Best wishes to ya

I respect what you’re saying. It’s similar to “pascal’s wager”. I just think you can’t fake faith. I mean you can fake it to people, but God would know if you’re faking it so you gotta be true either way. Thanks for your comment and Best wishes man!

The dude needs to come prepared though if he's gonna do controversial topics, so he can shutdown intellectually dishonest hecklers like those.

The best part of this video is that this guy is so in his own world, that when presented with the option of learning the truth about the bill, he chose to remain ignorant. And then he posted it to KZbin without realizing that he is the one that looks like an idiot in the situation

The bill is allegedly to stop "age inappropriate content from being taught to kids" however for the right, inappropriate means teaching kids that gay people exist.
@pikaskew

He wasn’t misinformed. The bill is worded vaguely enough that any teacher with a child who has LGBTQ parents/guardians is put in a position of legal peril if they try to do any normal activity with children involving drawing pictures of parents or talking about families in general. Because if there is a child with say, two dads, even allowing that to be known in the classroom would violate the law. Thus a child with LGBTQ guardians or parents MUST be excluded from the rest of the class on activities. They MUST be discriminated against and cannot be told why. Hence why the bill is labeled the “don’t say gay” bill, as it is unnecessary of a bill other than to stigmatize and ostracize the LGBTQ community wherever it is present. It’s vague enough that it’s essentially a weapon

So, the bill that was passed has purposefully broad wording. It can even be argued that it goes agaisnt the 1st amendment by restricting free speech. There are 2 actual problems with the bill - • I agree that there is no need to teach sex ed to kids before 5th grade, but the bill only restricts sexual orientation (straight/gay) being discussed. • The second issue is becuase of the bills broad wording, it's has forced teachers to remove pictures of their partner from their desks, as school districts claim that they could be sued by parents if a student asks about the teachers non-straight relationship. The broad wording is the problem. As a kid in 1st grade there was already teasing about boys and girls hanging out. There definitely needs to be less of that. Kids don't need to know about the concept of boyfriends and girlfriends until they're ready for sex ed. Otherwise we start creating a divide between the genders so early and they don't understand each other. We really need to take all these teen relationships out of kids movies and TV shows so they're comfortable being friends with the opposite gender.

How can you claim to understand the jist and intention of a bill when you didn't even look into it on your own?
@pikaskew
@pikaskew 6 ай бұрын
I’ve read it. It’s vague enough to be used as a retaliatory gotcha for anyone LGBTQ or an ally of LGBTQ. And encourages behavior that dismisses a child’s interpretation of the world they may be growing up in. It’s not specifically a ban on “sex ed” which would we can agree is inappropriate before puberty, regardless of lgbtq or not. It’s more vague than that. It can create predicaments like: say children are asked to draw pictures of their parents and one has two dad’s. Allowing that child to participate now puts the teacher and school in legal peril. Thus it’s a “don’t say gay” bill.

If you're going to talk about a subject, like what a bill is and what it does, you better actually know. The audience knew and let him know. Haha 😅 Remember, media has an agenda which they might be lying to you for it. There was no "can't say gay"
