looove Columbo as a comfort show!! I got super into watching it in 2021 while finishing my undergraduate degree during the first big wave of lockdown on campus, and then quarantine completely, but something about the visuals of the show gives autumn, you're right-I can't pin what it is except maybe the way columbo talks (ex:"Oh, and, one last thing-") reminded me of my fav creative writing class workshop dynamic with how he frames it as a theory with room for error but makes cutting remarks with a very affable tone of voice that lulls the perp into thinking Columbo's analytical gaze could be led astray , all of it ever serving academia vibes

Autumnal is correct, and Mr. Fox is the only Wes Anderson movie I actually like. For me fall means the undergraduates are back and it's time to teach haha (which I actually enjoy)

I always say this is a great game for beginners. Puzzles are engaging, I love eating bowls and bowls of clam chowder, and the ending is amazing! I've got to play this on my channel too!

Fun side note for the drumline in the smallest man was that i watched a TTPD reaction video earlier that day from someone who was more on the music producing side and he noted that there was a drumline in the bridge (i had not noticed it before) on the song itself.

First off, starting with the beginning and end, I love your snapshots of outdoor ambience - grey, rain, puddles.. in other videos, snow, clouds, birds. You have an eye for capturing things with a zoom or angle or light that would never occur to me. So thank you for sharing ❤ And second, I love your analogy about the paintbrushes - things that should work that don't work just drain you. I experience that with programming, computer technology, working on cars.. If it's something new, running into problems is part of exploration and growing a knowledge base. But if it's something you already know at a decent level, then running into ridiculous things (different bolt thread for no apparent reason, or seriously this OS bug still exists umpteen years later, etc.) just rains on my parade. So I understand, but I don't know how to advise you, because I run into the same immovable force..

not sure why but youtube recommended this to me in the very top of my recommendations, but glad i clicked cause it was an interesting listen, seemed to resonate when you said something like "its been a bad year and i dont know how to turn that into art". and yeah the algorithm is so annoying omg, i wish i could just not think about it. i want to put out more stuff too, but it has been hard to feel motivated and i think this video gave me some motivation by seeing it from another perspective, well anyway good job on doing a video
