I'm surprised by the head room. By the looks of the deck I thought that it was going to be a low Headroom boat but seems like plenty of space below.

Thank you for sharing your story! I am really impressed by the strength you both showed to make this journey come true! And I am really interested how you managed to get scrappy used to boat life and sailing. We have a dog very much like scrappy and want to go sail with him as well. The last Thing I intend to do, is giving him a Hard Time on the boat. So therefore I would be excited to learn how you did it. Fair winds and all the best 👍⛵️!

Hey! Thanks for your video! We are starting a similar life experience, we don't want to pay 1500€/month for sharing an appartment (big cities troubles...), we totally prefer the infiniet sea. i wander who is the provider of that amazing balanced kitchen! it is perfect! Again many thanks for sharing it, and travel safe

I checked one out recently and the headroom is around 1.98m! I am 1.93m (6ft4' ) and wearing tennis shoes I still had head space left! From the chart table/centre pole forward there is a step down into the living area.

Thank you - she is a fab boat! We have 2m in the saloon and like Ja Ge said, there is a step up into the galley area where we have around 1.92m. I'm 5'4" and Dave is 5'8"ish and we both have plenty of headroom. I've written a blog post with more info about her if you wanted a look: www.sailingmutiny.com/the-boat/.

Are you really full time live aboard - even in the winter - how do you keep warm?
@SailingMutiny
@SailingMutiny 6 жыл бұрын
Yes! We use a portable oil filled radiator, dehumidifier and hot water bottles over winter to keep us warm and the boat dry.

Getting supplies at Accastillage Diffusion, alright init?
@SailingMutiny
@SailingMutiny 6 жыл бұрын
Yes! Julien was very helpful there and gave us a good deal. I highly recommend them if anyone ever needs something whilst in Cherbourg. We also sold our dinghy and outboard to reduce the overall price of it. The new dinghy and outboard have been worth their weight in gold this season as it's allowed us to stay far away from marinas which has been fab. We've anchored out for months on end and used a mooring ball the rest of the time apart from a handful of times when we needed to take Baremka in for supplies and to be dehumidified!
