Practice 5-15 mins each day, 5-6 days a week It’s going to be mainly through practice that you learn, videos only help a little bit

This is likely the only reason I'm not as heavy as the rest of my brothers (though I'm no spring chicken by any standards). That and I have the adhd habit of constantly swaying to music in my head.

Dang, the truth hurts, but I'm very pinchable in the midsection. And I definitely can't lie to myself when I consider how trash my diet is. Mixed with low motivation and laziness, it's a compounding problem. Seeing videos like this helps kick the pants into trying, though, and I appreciate it. Small efforts at first and hopefully building better habits.

@consistencyiskey49418 ай бұрын
Focus on your diet first. Cut out all processed foods and start eating whole foods ( fruits, vegetable, meat, etc) and jump rope can be added to help with losing fat once your diet is good

@@consistencyiskey4941 no my question is that I am already pretty skinny does skipping burn fat so I will be more skinny. Will I be even more skinny ?
@consistencyiskey49418 ай бұрын
@@harshshelar6014 yea it won’t help you… you should start lifting weights and focus on a balanced diet to fix that. You can still jump rope but don’t do more than 1 hour per week

Great job buddy ..repetition is the mother of success but I’ve noticed that you change rope too …so that alone helps a lot

processed food causes this, fruit on the other hand is natural sugar released slowly with fiber. If you want to get lean, eat natural sugar... eat fruit.

1st one is wrong. Experienced one will burn more calories because he will be skipping more in same amount of time. Better athlete burn more calories then inexperienced even if it's easier for him because he is doing more work.
@consistencyiskey49417 ай бұрын
only if they are doing high intensity skipping, not regular jumps... beginners use more energy to jump, and the more energy you use, the more calories you burn

It really depends. I personally like longer ropes, but you’ll find a lot of other jump ropers who prefer shorter ropes since you can get more speed and makes some tricks easier
