Hey Jerry, nice Video. Today one of my customers gifted me a rear wheel, Reynolds Strike SLG, and he said that something is not ok, when he pumps up the tire, the brake is touching the rim at one point. So i checked it and the problem is that the brake track on one spot, about 2-3cm long is bent outward just about 0.5-0.8mm. It is evenly bent and the material is not cracked. Can i some how bend it back with heat or would you suggest to put new carbon on the clincher side and take some off on the brake track to make it even? Or do you maybe have an idea how to fix it? Thx alot!

And then before you wrapping, did you put a little resin in carbon cloth and then waiting half dry and you wrapping in frame .. And do you put something inside the frame? Hi Jerry I'm new to Pickleball but have been looking foe a good paddle, my question is would you sell me one of your paddles I love the fact that they are home made and that you take a lot of pride making them.

I'm interested in re-creating your paddle. how thick was the balsa wood? did you use any specific carbon fiber? What epoxy did you use? did you put multiple coats on the front and back of it? I saw you had stickers on one, are those raised on the paddle or is the paddle completely smooth?

Hey, Jerry. I saw another video you did with the foam core and carbon/glass laminate. What kind of foam is used for that? And, by the way, if the pickleball paddle has a core that is too soft (compliant) or has too much of a rubbery or textured grip on the outside surface, it is against the official rules. I know because I've been looking at some of the rules and thinking about making my own paddle out of composites. I'm actually thinking of using end-grain balsa wood with carbon fiber... Anyway, thanks for the great info. Love your creativity.
