Is there a way to make larger motifs? How would those necessary increases be accomplished? BTW, after a few froggings, I do have my 1st one done following your vid.

Great tutorial..but why is my circle curling up...tension too tight or loose? Thanks
@mooglyblog2 күн бұрын
Thank you! Probably a little tight. Try to loosen up the top of the sts just a bit. :) Blocking may also help!

I love this pattern! My question is, can you make it as a panel and twist and join when ur done?
@mooglyblog3 күн бұрын
This is in fact a pretty common way to "cheat" a mobius! :D

After watching sooo many videos how-to on a foundation row, you solved the circling problem; no longer frustrated and going back to the single chain. TY❣️, TY❣️, TY❣️

what if I was wanting to change colours half way along?
@mooglyblog6 күн бұрын
That works! You can change colors at whatever point you like! The best way is usually to work the last stitch of the first color until the last two loops are left on the hook. Then, yo and finish the stitch with the new color. Weave in the ends as you normally would. I hope that helps!

This is so cool. I'm thinking if you have a consistent colour for the background (ie the white here) and make multi-coloured stars (left over bits from your stash) it could be a very fun , bright project.
@catara.7 күн бұрын
That's what I thought too, I'm going to make this or red and green for my mum and grandma since this star is like a poinsettia flower, and for my sister's blanket some not so festive colours. Not sure yet 😅

That sounds amazing!!

I wish I had found you back when I was younger and traveled more! My grandfather was an Irish immigrant. He was gone before I was born but one of my bucket list entries was visiting Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales! Have a fabulous time. If you don't have and are taking more animal additions for your squishes list, please add a monkey. I have made several amigurumi monkeys for my Grandson and, at his request for a teacher and classmate!! I think he would like a monkey squish. I might could adapt one by picking and choosing from parts of others, but I'm lazy and would rather just follow a pattern!!! Love your channel, your website, and your videos. I have learned so much from watching and listening to you. You are a fabulous teacher. Thank you for being you. ❤❤❤

Please can you make a video on how to reduce the side of a project
@mooglyblog8 күн бұрын
The only way I know of is to cut off one end and then gently pull out each row from the side, working from the top down. Then weave in all those ends...
