The last thing that made me smile, my sister was w her daughter in Tijuana visiting. She innocently asker her mom, “ do they have laws in Mexico?” She found it kinda odd people drive the way they did , not stopping for stop signs and driving so recklessly… silly

Back in 2020 I hired Yang Law Firm for my child support case. They were horrible. I mean, between every 2 months before even going to court, they swapped my lawyers out. It was so bad that one lawyer even sent me an email to introduce herself that she didn't even know my daughter's name. Not that she misspelled it but gave my daughter a completely different name that was remotely close to her first, middle or last name. It got so bad with them I wrote a Google review while they were working on my case because I was so fed up with having to add money to my retainer but haven't even spoke to anyone with any information on my case. Once I submitted the review on here the owner Elizabeth Yang called my phone and told me that if I remove my review that she would remove any payments owed for my retainer and I would get a new contract for a fixed retainer just so I have representation in court. By the time court took place they had some random who I never met at the courthouse with me. He didn't even ask me to testify at my own hearing for child support. I ended up giving them over $14k and they didn't even have discovery on my behalf. They are so rude and unprofessional. My issue now is that I removed the genuine review I wrote, signed a new fixed rate retainer just for them to show up to court and then they sent me a bill for over $21k. Elizabeth Yang and all her lawyers are frauds. Do not use their services at all. Not to mention, "paying" someone to remove a Google review is illegal. Especially if they lie about charges and still give you a bill for work they never did after the fact. The email from them states clear as day to stop working on my case until I pay. If I never paid them then how is it that Rhoneil showed up to court for my hearing even tho he had no idea what he was doing? If they never got paid then they wouldn't have shown up. Not to mention a retainer was set for $450 an hour for Elizabeth and $350 hourly for any other associates. I was sent multiple associates who never did anything and were charging me $500/hourly which was a breach of the first retainer that stated $450/hourly for Elizabeth and she never worked on the case. She has lost her right to practice before and it's only a matter of time before she loses it completely and isn't able to practice law at all. I was completely scammed and none of the documents I provided were ever submitted to the court according to the judge. Yang Law and Associates are con artists and fabricate the work that they do and they do not align with the original contract prior to having me delete an honest Google review stating the removal of all charges with the deletion of my review. Also a brand new agreement was signed for a flat fee of $2000 after I deleted an honest review. She was suspended by the California State bar in 2022 as well.

I went to school in the SGV. Lots of Japanese students and teachers too. Just like the host, I sometimes wonder "Where did all the Japanese go?" I miss the Japanese in this community. I know some are still here...would be cool to hear some of their stories.
