Just the fact that he actually took the time to try to learn it. A lot of musical instrument scenes in shows and movies are completely faked (especailly violin ones which irritates me to NO END). He at least tried to learn it so it would look more authentic in the long shots. Some actors and actresses can't even be bothered to learn how to hold an instrument correctly.

Idc if its difficult or not. It is really fun to play. Cool to see it in a popular franchise too. Master of Puppets is a GOAT tier album. I didnt realise how long the track itself is. It is so entertaining from start to finish. I have only been listening to Metallica for a few months now after watching a live performance of creeping death in my youtube recommended.. Been listening to their early work non stop and learning their songs on guitar. I even went out of my way to get Kill em all, Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets on cassette to try and emulate the 80s listening experience lol. Even started watching Stranger things just to see the Master of puppets scene. Wish I gave them a shot earlier.
