excellent video. What metal bar is that being used? and Can I use a wood board as well?
@smartfitcoaching3 жыл бұрын
Thank you. It was a small workout bar. However, a pvc pipe or a broom stick would be great to use. A board might not be so good because your arms might hit it, which might cutting off your range of motion. I hope this helps.

Do you recommend to do this sitting? I think I answered my question while typing it, you want to train in the position you are trying to improve. If you have bad posture from sitting all day you should do it while sitting...
@smartfitcoaching4 жыл бұрын
That’s a great question. Sitting will be an easier position to practice in. However, standing will also be important because you’ll still want to teach your body how to maintain a good posture position while standing. For example: squatting or standing from a seated position, you’ll still need to maintain a good spine position....... if this position is too hard sitting , you can also practice this leaning against the wall while sitting. You can use the wall as feedback for you In order to make sure you’re spine is in a good position.

*These are legit.>>>**t.co/5tfJTvYwuu** I normally go to the gym to lift but haven't been making it as much as id like. I got a set for my office to use. They are perfect! Gyms should get these, this would solve the problem of never being able to find a matching pair of weights. These are built good and solid. Happy with the purchase.*

could the same be done for quatting and leg workouts? seems simple wouldnt mind doing this.
@smartfitcoaching8 жыл бұрын
M Akhtar the same could be done. Usually for lower body workouts I like to get a little more hip warm ups in, but this wouldn't be a bad warm up.
@makhtar67698 жыл бұрын
quiet basic for a hip hinge.
@smartfitcoaching8 жыл бұрын
M Akhtar yeah that was the idea to make it as simple as possible. I'll keep posting more videos about this and other movements. If you have any suggestions let me know.

M Akhtar thanks for reaching out, it's my pleasure. If you can hinge you're hips you'll be in a pretty good position to move effectively and safe. Of course sometimes it's not always that simple 😄 I'll keep posting and if there's anything you'd like me to address let me know. Thanks again.
