That’s a good point. I’ve been looking into different ways to grow my money and get some direction on how to build wealth. I think a lot of us feel stuck, but hearing stories like hers makes you realize that even if you’re not starting with millions, there’s still potential to grow. Exactly! I’ve been in that place too-trying to figure out how to make my money work for me but feeling overwhelmed. I hear about people who make risky decisions or fall into those ‘get rich quick’ schemes and end up losing more than they gain. Let’s do some simple math here: she said she made $1.5M in 2 months, which is $750k per month in revenue. Let’s assume the average rent of her properties is $300/night, which is a reasonable media price on airbnb I believe. Let’s also assume she had absolutely zero down time on any of her properties in those two months, which means she makes an average of $300x30=$9000 on each property. Now, to make $750k a month, she would need 83 properties. 83…. Does that seem realistic?
