Is there an honestly legitimate reason that this cheerful lighthearted presentation failed to mention that many, if not most, patience experience this procedure as a very painful one? I realize that not everyone does and also that it is generally more painful for males due to the anatomical differences. But since any provider who has done, more than one of these procedures has obviously observed their patience response during the procedure. Therefore, I think it would only be the compassionate thing to do to offer every patient the opportunity to get general anesthesia Should they desire it

Sir All procedures are done under anaesthesia only either local, general or regional. The health care team will not let the patient go through painful circumstances and Males and females all are provided care by keeping in mind their anatomical differences . Thank you for raising this question sir
