Good stuff lads! I never knew the Quays was so good for stalking carp. Wasn't easy but good work lads. I'll be there next week doing the exact same thing now. You can't beat a bit of carp stalking, so much more fun than just baiting and waiting!

Looks like you had fun .. Iv fish baleine lots when you go back try and separate yourselves 6 rods in 1 peg is very tight ... if you want to fish together pull a rod each ... the pegs at baleine aren't miles away from each other you would of increased your chances splitting up ... yes its nice to be social but at the end of the day your there to catch fish and ramming 6 rod in 1 peg didnt help your trip .. Good luck on ya next trip out there

Great video, looks like you had a great time!! We are fishing Authentico lake early next month for a week, any tips? We visited the lake in June to check it out and looks great, hope it’s a bit cooler when we go. Cheers

Thanks a lot, appreciate it. Hmm, I would recommend fishing the VIP swim or as close to it as possible, that bay used to be out of bounds so the fish seemed to hold up in there. If you are not in the VIP swim get on the one around the corner and try to intercept them.

@@westiefish9642 when we were there the VIP peg was taken and a the two at the opposite end to VIP. The pegs closest to the VIP entrance/exit were free but we didn't know then what we found out at the end of the trip about it formerly being out of bounds

It’s amazing to see the stunning carp that are swimming around in there. I’d love to have seen the one with the white stripe on its tail on the bank. Top angling

Great, it’s really good. Yeah there is a tackle shop near the supermarket about 10 mins drive away but it’s a little pricey. They sell a mix on site too. Make sure you check opening times of the shop & supermarket before you go! Good luck & don’t be afraid of the weed 🤞
