Hi, I'm in between sizes, M/L or M. About 5'9" with 30 inch inseam. 56cm always seems about too big. Just curious if you're similar size. Thanks

Yes I am similar size. 31.5 inseam and 5’9. I have ridden 54’s and 56’s. This Medium fits me very well. That being said, everyone’s body shape is different so never hurts to speak with a bike fitter to get some measurements and guidance on frame size.

Great conversation with Sarah, Mike! I've attend many of Sarah's classes, private readings and group gatherings. Sarah's gift has guided me on my own psychic and Spiritual journey which I am greatful.

Go for it Mike as you look terrific behind the mic! You have a wonderful understanding of how life should and can be. I hope you, and everyone who shares with you, gets much incite and joy from the sharing. And yes, I will be fact checking (I was there) and I am available for interviews. BTW... From my recollection, you and your sister stood on the dust cover of my $300 (in the '70s) turntable, each with a mic from my reel to reel Akai tape recorder, plugged into the Sansui hi-fi amplifier earphone jacks. We got photos! That's my son!

Love this! It's so important to be the observer of your own thoughts, so that you can notice the self-talk and drop the narrative.
