Yeah I'm really sorry I thought I had taken out all of the mistakes but as Publik mentioned I still had the wrong priority in at 1:20 - this is clarified later on and I do apologise again. Still getting used to all of the editing and bound to make mistakes. As Publiks comment states, were looking st Haste >= Mastery > Crit > Verse

Hello again :) Nice to see the updated fix at the end of the video but at 1:20 in the video you also have the incorrect stat priority there. Just dropping this note here so folks don't get confused. In 10.1 we are still looking at Haste >= Mastery > Critical Strike > Vers

Thanks for the guide! I'm interested in trying it. I find mind spike a little boring since every other caster spec in WoW has a 1.5 sec casted filler, so mind flay made shadow a little bit unique. Is mind flay still playable even if it's a slight DPS loss? You do get a couple of talent points back by skipping mind spike.

From what I can see we will be going more into crit in patch 10.1 and it could change how this stones interact with itch other. So would ring become better in 10.1? One more question. Should we craft rings right now if stats priority will change from haste/mastery to mastery/crit? Thank you for making this videos about dp. It is hard to find good info about them.

I find it interesting the contrast of this, old school SP players don't like the new changes, especially MF and Mind Spike ones, while the new players like the change, as an outlaw player that wants to change to SP next season i find the change perfect, the class feel like a range outlaw and honestly is not a bad state to be, I'm not sure how number wise SP will be but i really really like the new play style, i feel like MF punish you more than it help you, especially with how the new dungeons are where you constant need to move

I really like your analysand approach, you often state something really sharp, or interesting, and many times - as a new player - my questions and doubts find an answer here on your channel. I would also like to leave here my point of view so someone might find it insightful, arising an internal reflection. I've played WoW Classic and TBC, and nothing else. I've always played a prot warrior. I've been through all dungeons and raid, on all difficulties. When DF was released I decided to roll a prot warrior, again. This decision was made because I was strictly convinced that playing a tank was difficult, like back in TBC and Classic, and I like difficult situations. Tanking M+ in DF was better then I imagined, I really enjoyed it, but a certain point, after a few months warrior tanking became boring, so I rerolled a Spriest. Why a Spriest? I read on many blogs and posts that spriest was hard, but fun to play. "High risk, high reward" I would say, in addition I liked the vibe, I was always fascinated by Shadowform. Now, as you might have guessed I'm not a die-hard Spriest player, I've been playing this class since March. I'm still learning to play it and, might N'Zoth forgive me, sometimes learning THIS class it's not fun, especially when affixes like spiteful and quaking come along. I'm almost always the bottom dps in M+, and I'm always staring at my weakaura for procs, with my insanity bar full, forgetting which thing comes first, trying to sync all the spells before something new procs. And I really hate when Mind Flay: Insanity becomes available. I know that many players see MF:I as the signature spell for spriest, but I really prefer Mind Spike procs. Same thing goes for MSear: it's fulfilling indeed when you are able to cast two full MSears with mind devourer proc. But imagining myself in 10.1 where an instant spell like DP will replace MSear as an AOE cleave, then I'm totally sold to this new playstyle. Also, as mentioned in this video, some people like DoTs and cleaving, other people like ST. I don't like ST, but I would really like to switch my preferences in 10.1, I would really like to appreciate ST encounters. What I'm trying to say overall as a spriest newbie is, that I don't mind changes, even when some signature abilities are removed to make space for a new refreshing playstyle. That's because I'm not so attached to the class signature playstyle as many veterans. I like to embrace new things when it comes to a class which I appreciate to its fundamentals.

Not the biggest fan of removing mind sear. i really liked the ability. Combining mink spike and mind flay however was good for the spec.

I dont understand, dots are 21 sec shaadowcrash is 20, not losing dots in aaoe is skill expression, not an issue in up to 8 targets,sure youre not uncapped aoe but is not that bad either
