It depends on the area you live in. If you plan to take the exam online, consider the following: - Is the environment quiet enough? - Is the network strong and reliable, so it won't disconnect during the exam? - Is the light situation adequate? If you can confidently answer "yes" to these questions, then an online exam should be fine. If not, it might be better to take the exam at a physical location.

How could you control or filter sending all certificates again? Let's say you send the certificates and then you add new people or you missed someone.

@@Juan_ChoS it depends on where your data is saved. In this scenario if you are using SharePoint I will advice to change your trigger to When an item is created making it an automated cloud flow. With using this immediately you add new people to the SharePoint list, the individuals immediately get their certificate in their email

Yes sure I would recommend you go for both but start with the Power Platform Fundamental Learning Path first before going for the Udacity course, the link to learning path is in the description of this video. Note: The Microsoft Power Platform course on Udacity is free.

If it has expired there is no way to renew it. The Microsoft 365 developer account renews every 3 months and this depends on how active the account is.

I redownloaded the app to access an account that required an authenticator code, but when I tried logging in to the authenticator app, it asked me for a code. I cant get a code because im currently trying to log in.

Sorry trying to understand your question. Do you mean you deleted your Microsoft Authenticator App? If yes the best way to resolve this is to try using another method to sign in into your account with using your Authenticator App either by email or phone number. Then the second method. If this is a work account reach out to your Admin to disable the Authenticator feature in your account. Hope this helps
