I don't know I kinda disagree, Asian hair is the worst bc of how thick and coarse it is, it can cause the skin to inflame I had one under my cuticle right where the skin meets the nail and it was sooo painful to get out

Adobe support is surprisingly good. Let a live chat tech support worker fix it for you. They connect via remote access with your computer and for me they even tried things for hours until it worked. However, Premiere is very sensitive about even slightly broken RAM or graphics cards. If your hardware is older than 3 years, older RAM or graphics cards might not withstand the strain of a longer export anymore. Try software export instead of CUDA nvidia if you were using that. Unfortunately, cutting workstations do wear out more quickly than office computers and need parts replaced every now and then. Does Premiere write the log txt file? Does it give you an error message?

Technically speaking, foreign bodies can get walled off by the immune system and stay in the tissue, it most commonly happens with glass. But, this is more rare and your body is much more likely to try and expel it.
