Thanks mate. I'm really enjoying the extra space but as you say it's filling up fast. Love the Naomi cabs, they have really nice monitors and as they are VGA I can plug the Xbox 360 in and get a great picture for the racing games.

Filmed most of the build before Marty. But he sleeps down by the Xboxes when I'm working. I'll give any trade a go if it saves me money. 😂

Try restoring via safe mode. If that doesn't work then maybe try formatting the drive in a PC. If that fails then you'll need to try another drive.

@@siddharthchhikara2760 sounds like a hard drive issue then. It can't format it if it can't access the drive.

If those contacts are giving continuity when tested and all cables are connected it could be the motor.

@ Thanks. Will swap the motor. I assumed it’s ok as the disc tray has power and motion. The laser does what it should and grabs the disc fine. Hopefully it’s the motor. Thanks dude

Hello, This build was under specification for what you will need. I used a Mac mini with inbuilt graphics card. You will need a dedicated PC with a decent amount of processing power, ram and a graphics card ideally that can give you a 4k resolution at a decent framerate if you want it to be realistic looking play. You can go lower spec and use a lower resolution such as 1080p but you may notice a lag in performance if too low. There are lots of Facebook groups for building virtual pinball machines.
