I believe tongues is a gift and it’s a heavenly language but that being said, many today have virtually deified tongues. Glorifying God isn’t their desire speaking in tongues it. I visited a church that had people speaking in tongues and it was utter chaos. Thats not biblical one bit and these people who speak in tongues on yt clearly lack biblical discernment. In the company of 2-3 and only with an interpreter and no strangers being present.
