The Penn squadron 3 -7foot medium heavy power fast Action rod for the price point is great I've seen a woppen stick just flimsy like a willo stick. I'm happy with squadron 3 on a 13fishing kalonC size 40 reel. This reel is kill for the penn rod' perfect Mach pond for pond 20 lbs for big fish in the hi Desert N.M. at 6000 average up to 11000 I don't like going higher I'm not Yung kid no more to go up to the higher lakes.

Thx for the video- we are looking at buying at N Topsail in 2025. Do you know if they charge an additional assessment fee or is the fee apart of all Topsail homeowner taxes? I know Wrightsville beach charges an assessment fee to all island homeowners depending on how close they are- the pump sand every 7 years or so

Hi, I would like your Advice - I'm thinking of getting a TFO Pro. 6'6" ML. For Neds 1/16-3/32 oz head. The rod is on clearance not the pro S" just TFO Pro. Do you think it will balance good with a 2500 Stradic 7.9 Oz. Reel ? Only Negative I see is I'm a Lefty ? Sorry can't help it! I would be fishing small Stillwater in Oregon, from a 12' boat. Went back this morning and caught two nice flounder, both 15-16 inches.

Good job... even though I fished that exact spot for 20 mins Thursday morning and didn't get a sniff. I did catch a big blue and a really nice pompano in the surf this morning.

Wake up . Moved from coastal NC back home to help care for mom. She has gone home so now planning a move back to the coast . So I have been back and forth looking for an area I want to live. One of the things I have considered is contacting NC marine fisheries is to find out about a volunteer position as a diver for the artificial reef program . I volunteered for the NC aquarium Roanoke island and it was a blast. But I do have a medical situation . The saltwater in my veins is starting to turn back into blood. Best wishes to you captain.
