It definitelly works, even as a learning process, we can "talk" to the brain through movement. Take a look at the Feldenkrais method = awareness through movement (ATM) which is also a most generic learning process. It improves thinking, feeling and movement at the same time while you're present in the moment.

We live in a world of one thin slice of it. "The elegant universe ....Greene Bryan " When you grow older, worrying about next meal will be a habit and a mental burden. Except you won't fix 90% of the problems unless you fix the economic system. No amount of pills and talk therapy is going to change objective reality that capitalism is killing people and killing the planet. The idea to appeal to companies to "do the right thing" is laughable especially when one considers that the majority of the workforce is seen as completely dispensable and replaceable by the bosses (just see how some of them were treated amidst the pandemic with no workplace protections and threats of firing). You can medicalize the problem till cows come home and throw in some workshops on meditation and breathing for the high skilled workers (nobody will even bother with the blue collar workforce, gig economy etc.) but unless you address the systemic issues you're useless. In fact I find many of these interventions offensive for people who are supposed to benefit from them. And I'm not even mentioning the other systemic issues (misogyny, racism, ageism etc.). You want to see how this movie ends see the last Joker.
