I wouldn't characterize her as a "Crazy Lady". If a community's by-laws state it's for 55 and up and other than a relative or friend is temporarily "house-sitting" then she may have a legitimate concern. In my case, I'm 75 and where I live we are from one month to eighty-something years old. No huge challenges. 😊
