I can remember the atmosphere of these games at Sardis Road and it still blows my mind how the WRU didn’t set up a valleys region based there 🤷♂️

No cards in those days, a telling off by the ref and a shake of hands and back into the fray.

Look at the crowds back in the day shows how much the WRU have destroyed the game

In those days would a team like Treorchy have been expected to run Cardiff so close?

I've seen many games where the restart, line out ,scrum or drop out it set up and all of the sudden the referee decides that time is up.

At this point England had beaten France for the 7th 5 Nations game in a row, and 8 in a row when you included the World Cup 1/4 final in Paris in 1991.

This was the only clash that the Scots feel they should have won on New Zealand soil. They lost the match in the second because they tried too hard in the second half.
