Back when Bob was an OK actor and tried playing a tough guy in real life, but it backfired on him😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Heather Graham’s sister was the cashier (same exact voice). Lousy actress, though. This is my least favorite part of the film, only because of the acting, and the continuity is off in some parts. I’m sure it’s a tough scene to shoot - I guarantee in hindsight, QT thinks he could have done better.

Pam Grier did a FANTASTIC JOB as Jackie Brown, but i think an EVEN BETTER choice shoulda been Queen Latifah as Jackie Brown. & i personally think a better choice for Louis shoulda been Tim Roth, & a better choice for Ms Melanie shoulda been Alicia Silverstone, or Uma Thurman.

We never see Sheronda. She was there though, right? If the plan had happened as Ordell expected, wouldn't Melanie have booked out of there with $550K? Sheronda would have had nothing, and what would have been Jackie's explanation to Ray with the ATF?

Love the movie but pulling that off would be very unlikely in real life. Maybe more likely back in ‘97 in a world before 911, the security state, etc. For DeNiro to shoot Bridget Fonda in a crowded mall parking which usually has security and in broad daylight is so over the top reckless and unlikely, especially after they were just in the mall together, all over security footage. The cops in real life would never believe Pam Grier and let her go free. There’s no way Samuel Jackson wouldn’t have instructed DeNiro to check the bag to make sure all the money was there before they left Pam Grier. It’s highly unlikely a salesgirl wouldn’t go into the dressing room to fetch the “beach towels” and put them aside for whoever may have left them there. Robert Forster may not have had success gaining permission to retrieve the towels. Too many risky actions for half a million dollars. The movie is still great, you just have to suspend your own logic.

Epic….Timeless Happy New Year 🎊 a year for the better , I hope 🤞 I don’t think so …but hope can never leave your soul, because that’s a sign of deterioration of the trifecta Mind->Body->& Soul. 🫡

It always sort of annoyed me that the sales woman was so lazy she sent Max in the women's dressing room instead of running in to grab the bag of beach towels herself and giving them to him.

In my opinion as a "filmhead" Quentin should've shot all three actors at one time so they could be shown doing the SAME movements at one time. if you shoot it at 3 different times you're not doing to move the same movements you did in the previous shots it's not possible. Should've been shot all at once...

Jackie was doin recon on the scene prior to the exchange. Jackie knows Melanie's type. Jackie knew they would be late. She knew Melanie's temperament, spoiled, entitled, reckless, mouthy...when cash this big gets moved, Jackie knew someone would be killed. She didnt account for Ordell killing Louis, but she got them all out of the way. Brilliant.

Even though this is the highlight of the movie, this is basically spending 20+ minutes to explain a slight of hand trick you can learn in 4 minutes. But that's part of the secret to Quentin's success - it's low brow entertainment that makes people feel smart. It doesn't hurt that people of high intelligence are as easily tricked as the dumbest of the dumb, so the Eberts of the world are as similarly amazed as the critics from the Fall River Herald News.

VERY cool video! My favorite Tarantino film ever. I even named my pit bull Jackie Brown. Seriously I did. Great film and a great soundtrack. This is fantastic! I have never seen it like this before. The timing on the gun shots how Max looked up immediately following the second shot as though the echo of the first just reached him like he hears the shots and looked back for a second. NEVER would've out that together without this video! Thanks!
