Great stuff. Certain molds like gas assisted molds are sensitive to resin residue which must be cleaned. Your link does not work. Tried it.

Former resin handler currently die setter, say this is a dark black color changing to a light grey color. Same mold just a color change. Do you run any of your new purge compounds through the mold at all or until the light color changes through it? Not just cleaning the barrel but both barrel and took?

Tilters work well as long as the material does not form and create a rat hole, then you still need to move the wand. There will always be some pellets left behind. We provide both, right tool for the right job. Have you tried a sweeper?

How about the cost of labor included in cutting the bag off after the sweep comes around and twists up the bag 47 times! Not much in savings and a giant pain in the ass
