Hi Rachel. Really enjoyed your video and appreciate the intention behind it. However, you’ve sadly got it wrong when it comes to ultrasonics. Vibrating ink from cells just isn’t how it works unfortunately. But we’re here to help! We’ve been in the industry as the developer of Advanced Ultrasonics in both the print and medical industries for over 30 years now and have a 100% record when it comes to safely cleaning aniloxes. If you’d like, one of our highly trained and experienced ultrasonic cleaning experts will gladly share with you how this technology can not only clean an anilox, but help control it - whatever the screen count. How about a web conference streamed live to the industry who would like to learn about these methods in full? Hopefully we can give a true picture of how it works and shed some light on this for you. We’re always glad to educate and inform : ) All the best!

Dot gain is not a printing defect by itself. It's a property of all printing processes. Excessive or inconsistent dot gain is considered a defect.

What is the dyne level for different film substrate you suggest to use water based inks. At what speed we can run the machine with water based inks.

Hello! The dyne level is 38-42. Press speeds depend on the press drying system, but we generally see 500 - 1000 fpm.
