I love directors who take a chance on actors they know are good, but aren't necessarily known to be box office sellers. Of course Kurt Russell would have nailed this role but it's just good to see different faces with different mannerisms take on iconic roles, and Rowdy Roddy Piper absolutely owned this role.

I agree with mostly everything that John had to say except for saying that society has moved so far to the right I totally think it’s the other way around and the left are all about banning free speech more government control government themselves filled with greed lining their own pockets and especially the democrats want globalisation which isn’t a good thing for anyone. I still think capitalism is far better than what the left had planned so totally disagree with that take but absolutely agree with the whole premise of the movie/ Documentary

3:30 government is the problem John because it was in the end beholden to nobody and that's where Reagan and Thatcher got in to fix that somewhat. Sadly, Reagan was corrupt and made a deal with pharma and possibly other industries that effectively placed them above the law. Government needs to be controlled in size, justice department needs power to enforce equal rights under the law for everyone

Capitalism is no different from communism in that it works in theory but hardly in practice, and you can get them both to work well for a hot minute but they always end up devolving into a perversion of themself. Both of the ideologies eventually become mixed and merged no matter how much they try to stay away from each other.

25 yrs ago when I was attending college to write my own book, my teacher was the lead researcher on a book on his shelf, UFO Crash at Roswell. She explained to me that if you are actually going to write about something true as an expose it has to be classified as fiction. Several fictional books are actually non fiction.
