I just downloaded open track and I can’t get it off full screen , I can’t even see the ok and cancel at the bottom of screen . How did you make the window smaller?

1:29 why do you have the ps3 eye set to run at 640x480@60hz? It should be 320x240@200hz.

I got openTrack set up but when in IL2 Great battles, and set the profile to load when IL2 executable gets opened up, it doesnt want to work in game - any ideas as to why?

Try right click and "Run as Administrator "

Hi, I've got the same proportions of my headtracker, the same camera etc, but my headtracking is doing some wierd motions. When I yaw to my left, it turns my head lil down for some reason. I really don't know how to fix this, so I seek help here. If somebody knows how to fix this, please write it down for me, what am I supposed to do.

No mate. It relies on reading the LEDs on the head clip. I think there is a program called Facenoir (or similar) which tracks face with your webcam

Try FaceTrack NoIR or Smoothtrack for face tracking solutions. However, Trackhat or Delanclip setup is only about £45 and a fraction of the cost of TrackIR.

@@biffa2557 I was actually able to get it to track my face by using another program called aiTrack. aiTrack tracks your face and it inputs that into opentrack (somehow), so I am running both programs. I was able to get it to work in DCS World.....I'm just tweaking the mapping to get it down better. It'll never be as good as using trackIR or anything, but it'll work for me, for now. UPDATED - I dont use Reshade any more as I find that the recent updates have solved the spotting issues (especially with my new gaming monitor). I will post my current in game settings on this channel

Sorry. Stopped using Reshade many months ago, as found it wasn't necessary with latest game updates and new gaming monitor

@@Omaemaru With the latest game updates and a decent gaming monitor (which i didnt have before) I found that i got great graphics and great spotting without using Reshade anymore, so didnt want to muck things up. Did you try right clicking on Opentrack and clicking "Run as Administrator"?

@@rolymal9357 Sorry. I have no experience with msfs2020. Could it be the output device? Are you using Freetrack or MS Flight Sim output? Otherwise, it sounds like an in game setting perhaps

Many thanks for this , i have been having issues setting up my tracking and understanding all the adjustments your video has made it very clear and using your mapping settings my tracking is no smooth and set up exactly how i wanted it in DCS with my Delanclip so nice work.

It is, yes. But I know others who also use Clarity, Colourfullness, Vibrance and Levels - although I didn't like these. A lot of it comes down to personal preference and your specific monitor. Best of luck

Hi GES. I am not exactly sure WHY. All I know is that is DOES improve my spotting considerably. One of my team mates has also tried it and it works for him too. I hope it works for you. If any of the settings are not clear, please let me know and I will confirm. Best of luck

@@hog8035 I have a cheap 24" 1080dp 60Hz monitor and keep it at 1080. A bigger 144Hz gaming monitor would be better

try to maintain the same horizontal roll as he enemy you are chasing, IE dont be upside down while he's upside.

@@biffa2557 Like stay on the same plane as him, if he rolls right roll right, if he is rightside up try and stay the same, you want to match his roll.
