I was today years old when I found this track which I was looking for, for about 30 something years. I had it on tape back in ‘88. Never knew who Perfformed it. After this song on my playlist came early Gangstarr with their track Believe dat! I was 19 back then.

Same thing happened to me... Sent beat tapes and demos to record co's back in the day and my beats were remade (almost identically) on major labels by major artists. I was young and naive back then LoL.

Men In Black - Will Smith (same exact drums and sample, same bbm and Movin' Out - Mya Raekwon and Noriega (Belly soundtrack) same drums, sample and bpm. Both around the same time after I sent out my beat tapes to Columbia Records and one the Mya song came out on. I mean yeah, those are both well known samples but same exact beats as I sent out and both on Def Jam / Columbia.
