if it blinks like the usual blinking interval yet no sound it could be that the board is dead, there is lose connection in the speaker wiring to board inside. Check the wires if properly solder both on the board and the speaker itself.

if thats the case you can just solder it back on your own with some few extensions to the stripped wire, but if you cant, you can pay someone with skills to fix that for you.

Mostly the comments here have the same problem with charging but not turning on, most likely it is a dead battery and it needs replacement. they have the same specs as would the nokia cell phone would have both are 3,7 volts with bms so replacing them is possible but Im not sure if it fits

The wires connecting on the board or the wires tapping the actual speaker might be disconnected. Check both sides then solder if there is a disconnection.

Hello , I'd like to ask because Earlier my order from Lazada like thei Headphone P9 arrived , and when I played it , the other side of headphone doesnt make any sound but the other side plays sound , How do I fix the problem ? You can tweak left and right audio in the phones settings. As far as I can remember there are settings relating to stereo mode in develop options in android phones
