I love the changes antistasi has made recently. idk when they added it but the UNSC compatibility they have natively allows for spartans to drop pod in from orbit. You'll get this epic (but not awful) camera shake as around 14 pods drop inches from your position and the first guy to greet ya has a man portable 50 caliber HMG that he just ripped off of some defense line. Or sometimes the team gets so antsy to come get ya that they just say f8ck it and steal an escape pod. These drop in pairs usually and drop out around 10 a piece. Most i've seen in one deployment was 27 and we had killed around 52 in an hour.

I tried playing warthunder in VR with a stick. Did the simulation mode and everything. People were headshotting me with p51s from across the map. Miserable experience with hackers. Any tips for how to have fun in that mode? I don't wanna play VR in arcade mode because you get torn apart by mouse players with a reticle, but the simulation mode is full of cheaters

Fortunately I can't say I've run into any hackers that I know of in air sim. As far as tips go I'd say read up on tactics used my whatever airplane you're flying and it's gonna ne some trial and error before you get adjusted to sim. I played a ton of realistic in VR before I tried sim out and have mainly stayed in sim since. What setup do you have for VR? Also check out @trainingdays channel, he has a boatload of tips for sim.

@@8BallAV8R I have a 4080 super and a reverb G2. And just a cheap thrustmaster hotas. I just found it incredibly difficult to play without the markers because apparently the hackers could see me just fine. I just repeatedly died over and over again shortly after take off and the people killing me were well beyond LOS
