There is no difference between the prayer of a man and a woman. The Prophet (ﷺ) then added, "Pray as you have seen me praying and when it is the time for the prayer one of you should pronounce the Adhan and the oldest of you should lead the prayer. Sahih al-Bukhari 631 The Prophet(S.A.W) did not differentiate, so why are we doing so?

The reason being that they are ordered to be concealed and they should therefore gather their bodies together in the prostration, they should place their feet towards the right side whilst prostrating (by doing this, it allows the body to be closer to the ground)…it is also related from Sayyidina Ali and Abdullah ibn Umar that they ordered that women should gather their bodies together in prayer. (Al Mughni by Ibn Qadama vol 1, p562)

Well that's not in real prayer, but after or any time, just do sijdah directly and do Dua in your native language etc...
