Will never understand why these women keep having kids when the r not in the position to afford them , I can see one slip up but again and again, it’s not fair to the children.

One thing i ask myself is were these possibly the result of propaganda overload ? Surely a whole nation could not be wrong ? We know that the media is owned, the banks are owned, publishing houses are owned, all you have to do now is look at western society now and see who benefits it all, the nation starte aspeciely western nation startes are all under attack, why do we have to be told diversity is our strength? But only diversity of colours! Europe was already diverse, you cant look at any western nation now and say we won ww2 .

If he is paying £7 a week purely for electric in 1992 he must be paying towards incurred electric debts because I lived in a bigger place than his and was paying £2 a week. Same for his water rates and gas, he is not being honest.
@PedroLeodis16 күн бұрын
Yeah I thought his electric was a bit steep. I used to pay about the same in the early 00's. Never paid water rates, and never got hassled to.

Now I've been here countless amounts of times, but here just passing by the royal library, can see that have books on occult matters, but if know the life of King Felipe II, very deeply devout Catholic, who lived there, it was of course expected that he'd be of higher education and cultivation intelligence to wheras reading anything that was prohibited to his subjects, he psychologically and mentally strong and stable, could handle it, and understand why had to be prohibited. Know what's best for own population in general.

An otherwise intelligent woman about to do yet another cigarette? That she died of miserable health issues and subsequently, committed suicide makes this interview bizarre. She witnessed torture and suffering and then, inflicted misery and suffering on herself.

Hello sir . May i reply ? I quite am appalled by your this here comment , which is associated with subcutaneous disrespect for Martha . You also have a critique on her in an above comment on mine , on which i will reply there . Here however i would like to state the following . Martha was a humaniste , allthough she was appalled by the possibility of evil in man , which she personally witnessed in Dachau . Smoking ? In those days the detrimental effects of smoking on the human body were not fully understood , thanks to the manipulative lies of the tobacco industry . Futhermore , smoking is an addiction (an illness) , and a very heavy one . Many people continue smoking , even when they would like to stop . Therefore , smoking cannot be a moral judgement , which you try to make of it , here in this case of you against Martha . Lastly , Martha has voluntarily , and selflessly put herself , her health and her moral stability , countless times on the line in conflict and war situations , in order to counter those and expose those for the evil that they were . Not many of us can claim proudly to such done facts , let alone you . Such experiences leave mental marks . If smoking helped her cope with these trauma's then i do not judge her on her damaging her health in such a way , as you bluntly and shortsightedly do . Neither do i judge her suicide at old age and with terminal cancer , as you do judge . You should be ashamed of your remarks here . I do not greet you . Erwin , Belgium .

@ - I am an American living in Vienna on assignment writing about Ukraine for AP. Even with the cultural awareness of the negative effects of smoking - the Austrians, as with the rest of Europe, continue to smoke cigarettes to this day, regardless. Gellhorn would not have stopped anymore than these self destructive people have. Considering the socialized medicine here, smoking becomes an extraordinary act of disrespect to the general public who will ultimately pay for their selfish indulgence. Gellhorn, like Hemingway, had copious information on the health hazards of both smoking and alcohol, their doctors begged them to stop…and they ignored it all. What was an even stronger influence on them than alcohol and nicotine was the myth that both somehow made them better writers. It does, at first. Hemingway once said that HE got far more out of alcohol than IT got out of him…until it helped kill him. Gellhorn in a sense smoked and drank herself to death in much the same way. Why not do the children of this planet a favor and quit calling this a “disease” but rather the ignorant choice that it has always been? By the way, my comment on Gellhorn hunting and slaughtering many animals was to show contrast between the misery she witnessed at Dachau and the misery she herself caused elsewhere. I will not put this woman on a pedestal as you have.

Germans still have persecution complexes today. They weren't the only ones deemed to have been 'guilty' for the war. They were just the ones who protested the most vehemently. The truth is that they were punished too lightly. The victorious powers were at fault for not imposing the peace terms militarily and severely enough. They should have occupied at least Germany, if not also Austria and Hungary, but the political will wasn't there.

Mexico City is a State of Mind...a Surrealist Topography conjured by Ancient Occult forces. Most US Americans look at it with a sense derision - thinking it is an impoverished s#ithole where people wear sombreros, and ride donkeys in a vast desert of cactus - while being shot at by Banditos, and Cartels! For me, Mexico City and Istanbul are the Greatest cities in the World!
