Learn to know where your energy should be invested. Your dignity in how you behave and your action and choices. Present yourself with dignity and know your value. Focus on how u perceive and value yourself. Feel comfortable and secure in your own skin. Your worth doesn’t diminish just because someone doesn’t see it. It’s not tied to someone else’s approval or external perception but rather how u live your life your virtues and values. Qualities, unique, who u are make up your worth. We all are valuable being worthy of love and respect because we firmly believe it at our core. Our worth is not subject to external opinions but rather resides in our essence and authenticity (self awareness/self acceptance)
