I love this song about English painter LS Lowry , I got to know it in the 90s when my husband worked in England when Dolby Labs were moving from London to Wiltshire. There is also an award winning ballet about LS Lowry called Simple Man with Moira Shearer and Chris Gable

art is subjective if people who are critics like it then people will pay a lot of money for it. it's also about the story behind the pictures

Lovely song and lyrics to bring back memories of the past - When my late brother Norman and me had metal studs nailed into our boots during the 1940's we could send a stream of sparks as we scuffed our boots on the rough road.

They are cartoon rubbish ,, he is like some other painters , his style is a gimmick to hide the fact he could not really paint proper work , he hides in cartoon pictures some hide their incompetence in modern art ,,

Via watching this playlist I've met this. I love these paintings. L. S. Lowry. I'd never heard of him before watching this. Forgive my ignorance. Pieter Bruegel, 'Where's Wally?', Mandelbrot, and such like, where every corner of the picture is telling a little story of its own over there. Thank you.
