Reminds me of a family ministries week I attended with my mother eight years ago… it sure was love at home when she was alive…She’d be 56 in 11 days time. Hope Jesus comes back soon

Our Father who dwells in the Heaven, you are truly a God above all gods. I come, petitioning your throne of grace. I am not seeking your face for myself but on behalf of one of your children. Father, we are in desperate need of your mercy and you tell us that you will not turn us away when we seek your face but like the 1 lost lamb, you’ll search until you find. I ask that you forgive me of my sins so that you hear this prayer. Please take care of your child. There is no one who can love us more than you can. You even gave your Son to take our place on Calvary. Draw this soul back to your fold, you alone know all that burdens and all that perplexes us all. You know us better than we know ourselves. I ask you to reach into the depths of your child’s heart and tug at the heart stings. May a connection be made today that cannot be lost. Grant your child grace. Give your child peace. Guide your child back to you with the gentle promptings of your Holy Spirit. We know you love us all individually and you have no desire for any of us to be separated from you, so I humbly ask you to do what you do best, draw your child back to you and keep this precious soul under your wings. I pray this prayer in the Mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen

Such a beautiful hymn it is very gentle, soothing and flowing! Indeed it is a sweet tune.The background is so fitting and reminds me of what we are offered when we come to AbbaFather...never to thirst again!
